Pre-Design Services
These activities enable our architects to conceptualize amazing design solutions — and can include:

- additional advisory work to help define a project prior to actual design development
Permitting Services
Just like they sound, these services handle all of the permissions necessary to begin building. These services can include:
- preparing and submitting documents for review by community associations and/or government agencies
- preparing and submitting building permit packages
- answering questions from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
- monitoring the progress of the permit process and receiving issued permits
Bidding Services
While the bidding process can be complicated, our services can make it easier for clients by providing:
- preparation of bidders list
- preparation and distribution of bid packages to bidders
- receiving and reviewing bids with Owner
- selecting or rejecting bids
- negotiating with selected bidders
- preparing a contract for construction
- awarding contracts for construction
- assisting Owners in releasing construction documents to chosen contractors
Contract Administration
Before and during the construction process, our team can help with contract-related tasks, including:
- assisting the owner in tasks to include preparation and administration of the Contract for Construction
- representing the Owner during the construction phase
- conducting periodic inspections of the job in progress to verify compliance with the construction documents
- reviewing and approving Contractor’s submittals
- reviewing and approving Contractor’s requests for payments
